Rhodiola is also known as arctic root, golden root, rose root and King’s crown. It is an adaptogen that was traditionally used to enhance high-altitude tolerance because it is known to increase oxygen levels in the bloodstream and speed recovery from physical exertion. It grows in cold high-altitude regions in Europe, Asia and Canada and has historically been used in Tibetan and Chinese Medicines.
The recommended use is 2-3 drops on the back of the left hand, dissolved in water, or under the tongue.
Each 30 ml bottle contains +600 drops – one fluid ounce.
This product contains ethyl alcohol which is used as a preservative.
