Triphala is an Ayurvedic formulation known as the three fruits Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki.
Ingredients: Organic Amalaki, Organic Haritaki, Organic Bibhitaki, and ethyl alcohol which has been used as a preservative.
The recommended use is 2-3 drops on the back of the left hand, dissolved in water, or under the tongue.
Each 30 ml bottle contains +600 drops.
Avoid taking if you are allergic to asparagus.
Don’t take if you have an estrogen sensitivity.
