Gotu Kola has been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine where it is known as the “Fountain of Life”. In Ayurvedic medicine it is thought to balance vata, pitta, and kapha. Similarly, Gotu Kola is considered the “Enlightenment Herb” for its ability to enhance one’s spiritual practice.
Traditionally Gotu Kola has been used for memory enhanced, chronic inflammation, anxiety, and ulcers.
The recommended use is 3-4 drops on the back of the left hand, dissolved in water, or under the tongue.
Each 30 ml bottle contains +600 drops.
This product contains ethyl alcohol which is used as a preservative.
Gotu Kola can act as a sedative and should not be used with sleep or anxiety medications.
Note: Only take two to six weeks at a time. Wait two weeks before taking again.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
