Yarrow is closely related to both chamomile and chrysanthemum and is part of the Asteraceae family. It has traditionally been used to treat wounds, reduce inflammation, and for skin rashes. It has also been used to relieve anxiety and insomnia.
The recommended use is 2-3 drops on the back of the left hand, dissolved in water, or under the tongue. May be used externally for skin and wound care.
Each 30 ml bottle contains +600 drops.
This product contains ethyl alcohol which is used as a preservative.
Not recommended if you are allergic to plants like ragweed or daisies.
Check with your doctor if you have a chronic disease or are taking Lithium, high blood pressure medications, blood thinners such as Warfarin, anticonvulsants, sleeping pills, or anti-acid meds.
Yarrow can cause sleepiness.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
